Let yourself be spoiled by Ines and Werner with their home made delicacies!
Ines and Werner will pamper you with typical local dishes as well as culinary Italian delights and their home-made cakes. Fresh organic products from their farm guarantee high quality food from their kitchen. The hut is always open no matter whether you want to stop in the morning for a warm drink, at lunchtime for a hearty meal and a glass of good wine or in the evening for one last stop before you go back to the valley. On request we provide dinners and organised banquets.
We serve tasty home-made sausages as well as the famous Karminwurzen (smoked pork sausages), both also popular souvenirs from our farm. Alongside traditional meat dishes we offer T-bone steaks, filets and entrecotes, also from our farm. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as various canederli (dumplings) as well as Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta envelopes) or other filled pasta-specialities as well as typical Italian pasta dishes. As to sweets we recommend the famous apple strudel (short-crust apple strudel) or the typical Tyrolean Krapfen (doughnuts) with chestnut or poppy filling. You can also expect a freshly made Kaiserschmarrn (sliced sugared pancake with raisins). These can be enjoyed on our sunny terrace.
